Obituary
Aaron M. Carrier, age 37, of Custer, SD, passed away on January 29, 2017, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Aaron was born on November 21, 1979, in Custer, SD, to Michael T. and Kathleen (Ware) Carrier. He attended Custer Elementary, Middle and High Schools, graduating in Class of 1998. He liked bowling, football (his favorite team was the SF 49's), wrestling, taking drives to Stockade Lake and Wild Life Loop, camping, and watching bull riding. Aaron married LeAnn Maude on April 12, 2003, to this union their daughter, Jayden Rose Carrier, was born.
He is survived by his ex-wife and best friend, LeAnn Maude of Hermosa, SD; daughter, Jayden Carrier of Hermosa, SD; parents, Michael and Kathleen Carrier of Custer, SD; sister, Alaina Carrier and nieces, Alexis and Bella of Custer, SD; also, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Aaron is preceded in death by his grandparents, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and family cat, Carmel.
A celebration of Aaron's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Custer VFW Post 3442 in Custer, SD. Interment will be held at the Custer Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Custer VFW Post 3442.
