Amy Francis (Holbach) Welch, 99, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away May 26, 2026, in Hot Springs. She was born July 26, 1926, to parents William and Inga (Goff) Holbach. She was the beloved wife of Cliff who is deceased. She raised two boys, Tommy, who predeceased her and Gregg from Fort Worth, TX who survives her. She was a grand mother of six and loving sister to ten siblings. She enjoyed life, family and friends.

She will be missed by all.

She will be laid to rest by her husband, Cliff at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
