Andreas 'Andy' Timmins, 64, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away February 26, 2025, at his home in Hot Springs.  Andy was born February 7, 1961, in Mannheim, Germany.  When he was 3 years old his family moved to Dearborn, MI and he moved to Hot Springs in 2004.   He worked for Fall River County until his retirement in 2016.  He enjoyed information technology, hunting and classic cars.

Andy is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kathy and his sister, Christina Porritt.
