Audrey L. Curtis, 78, passed away on January 14, 2018, in the comfort of what she called home at Bella Vista Nursing Home in Rapid City, SD, surrounded by family and the wonderful and caring staff that she adored.

Audrey was born June 21, 1939, in Avon, SD, and grew up in Custer, SD. In 1956, she married Don Curtis and together they had seven children. Audrey enjoyed living in Rapid City, watching westerns, crocheting, word searches as well as beading jewelry. She also loved playing games and cards with family and friends. Audrey had a great sense of humor and will be dearly missed and loved.

Audrey is survived by her three daughters, Donna (Tom) Maloney of Black Hawk, SD; Debra Curtis of Custer; Diana Curtis of Custer; son, Dennis Curtis of Missoula, MT; brother, Lester (Delores) Jordt of Big Fork, MT; seven grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Audrey was preceded in death by three sons, Donald Curtis, Jr.; David Curtis; Duane Curtis; her children's father, Donald Curtis, Sr.; two brothers and one sister.

Committal services will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the Custer Cemetery in Custer.
