Barbara Jean Haugen, age 49, of Custer, SD, passed away April 19, 2012, at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Survivors include her husband, Matt Haugen of Custer; sons, Mathew Haugen of Denver, CO; Tom Haugen of Fargo, ND; daughter, Andrea Haugen of Spearfish, SD; parents, Raymond and Ione Hanson of Custer; brother, Alan Hanson of El Paso, TX; sisters, Violet Hase of Surrey, ND; Kathleen Meeham of Aurora, CO; Sophia Hanson of Sidney, MT; Melissa Steinhouse of Fargo, ND; Cindy Swanson of New Market, MD; one grandchild, Annika Haugen and numerous young friends chosen as nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 23, 2012, at the Custer Lutheran Fellowship with Pastor Tom Opoien and Pastor Kent Narum officiating.
A memorial has been established in Barbara's name to benefit the Custer Lutheran Fellowship Church or the Custer Ambulance Service.
