Rebecca 'Becki' Ann Benton, 72, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away May 31, 2024.

Becki was born September 28, 1951, in Hot Springs, to Nathaniel and Philomena (Martinez) Witt.  As a young person, she worked jobs in any field, including in social services and food services, so she could obtain her higher education.   She retired from the U.S. Federal Service after a 25 year career.

She is survived by her husband, Mack Benton of Hot Springs; sons, Brandon Tyon; Sid (Lynette) Tyon; Jason Benton; daughters, Crystal (Randy) Bossert; Tammy Sylvester; brothers, Lyle Witt; Jerome Wayne Witt; Russell Antoine; sister, Sandra Witt; brother-in-law, Donald Benton, many grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2024, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.  Committal services will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs, SD.
