Betty Ann Welch, 88, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away February 28, 2025.

Betty is survived by her twin brother, Bill Caylor and wife, Barbara; daughter, Tammi Sisk and partner, Mr. Mirl Johnson; former son-in-law, Stewart Sisk; grandchildren, Devon; Adena; Kristin; Kaia; Kimberly; numerous great grandchildren and  brother-in-law, Glenn Welch.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Welch; parents, W.E. and Goldie Caylor; brothers, Clinton (Myrle); Merle (June); Loren (Betty);  and sister, Ramona (Carl) Jackson.

We want to acknowledge Betty's longtime friends, Elfie and the late Bob Myers, for their years as travel companions and then as Betty and Melvin's caregivers.

Betty first stayed at Pine Hills Living Center and then more recently at Seven Sisters nursing home.

Many thanks for all the wonderful and caring staff at Pine Hills and Seven Sisters.  Betty will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

May she rest in peace.

Betty's fraternal twin, Billy, and family Kim Dillon and Dallas Caylor will miss her ever present smile and friendship.

Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Edgemont United Church followed by a funeral service at 10:00 a.m.   Committal services will follow at Edgemont Cemetery in Edgemont, SD.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.
