C W 'Bill' Cutler, 81, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away March 12, 2020, at Fort Meade VA Medical Center near Sturgis, South Dakota.

Bill was born November 14, 1938, to Chester and Jewel (King) Cutler, in Selmer, Tennessee.  He proudly served in the U.S. Navy until his honorable discharge in 1960.

Bill loved to travel. He sojourned to the Philippines, a third world country, many times to help the children. Bill received much joy in purchasing and preparing food for them. He shared Christmas gifts with the children, much to their delight! He spent many hours helping the church during his travels there.

C W is survived by his sister, Jane Phillips (Jerry) of Bollingham, WA; and friend, Chona Cutler of Hot Springs, SD.
