Carletta Ellen Anderson, 79, of Oelrichs, SD, passed away on August 22, 2019, at her residence in Oelrichs.

Carletta was born October 28, 1939, to Howard and Jane (Peterson) Else.

Carletta is survived by her daughters, Carletta (Steve) Vasknetz of Whitewood, SD; Stephanie Anderson of Rapid City, SD; sons, Lynn Anderson of Oelrichs; Scot Anderson of Dupree, SD; Vance (Melva) Anderson of Roscoe, IL;  grandchildren, Dominique McKinney and Ashley Venard.

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2019, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at Prairie View United Methodist Church in Smithwick, SD.

Committal services will be held 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.

A memorial has been established in Carletta's name to Benefit the Oelrichs Ambulance Service.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.
