Charlene Adele Mae Sulikowski, age 68, passed away April 6, 2016, at her home in Hot Springs, SD.
Charlene was born December 21, 1944, in Chicago, IL, to Ernest Schreiber, II and Clara (Baer) Schreiber.
She is survived by two children, Dean Horst of East Palestine, OH; Steven Sulikowski of San Diego, CA; two brothers, Ernest 'Butch' Schreiber, III and his wife Carol of Orient, OH; Robert Schreiber of Mountain Home, AR; two sisters, Linda Johnsen and her husband, Ken, of Flippen, AR; Bonnie Sanchis of Lakeville, IL; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
