Christine Paterson, wife of Liam Paterson, mother to Suzanne Silverson and Erik Silverson and grandmother to Sean Silverson, was born in Philadelphia, PA to Helen and Julius Feraldo May 10, 1940.

She studied to be a nurse at the Womens Medical College of Pennsylvania.   She cared for veterans at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA in their drug and alcohol unit, a job that she loved.

She and Liam had an organization called Santa's Workshop sending toys to children in Pine Ridge and Liam playing Santa Claus.  With the help of volunteers and a volunteer trucker they sent toys out for ten years.  Her dream was to help others.  After her retirement from the VA she worked for Western Community Health Resources in Gordon, NE as a patient advocate and retired from there in 2001.

She passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 and will be missed greatly by her children and grandchild but she is happy to reunite with Liam once more.

Christian Funeral Committal service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2020, at Pringle Cemetery in Pringle, SD.  Please practice social distancing.
