Clara F. Sterling, 97, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away January 14, 2018, at the Fall River Hospital in Hot Springs, SD.
Clara was born September 13, 1920, in Crawford, NE, to Henry and Elizabeth (Leetch) Siekert.
Clara is survived by her daughter, Cindie Pengra of Belle Fourche, SD; son, Jerry (Cindy) Sterling of Crawford, NE; sister, DeLilia (Don) Reynoldson of Lincoln, NE; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Sterling; son, Dennis Henry Sterling; sisters, Blanch; Florence; Myrtle; Helen.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Michael J. Fitzmaurice State Veterans Home Chapel in Hot Springs, SD, with Chaplain Tom Peacock officiating.
