Crystal Nadine (Adair) Jones, 48 received her angel wings February 14, 2022, at home in Rapid City SD.

Crystal was born on May 6, 1973, at Ellsworth AFB, and raised in Hot Springs, SD. She attended the Hot Springs School District and graduated in 1991.

She married her high school sweetheart Saun Jones on April 1,1994. On May 30, 1999, they welcomed their daughter Bailey Jace into the world. Crystal spent her time working in the visual arts department at Herberger's until they closed. In her later life she spent raising her daughter and enjoying life with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Saun Jones, Rapid City SD; daughter, Bailey (Shane) Rapid City SD, mother Rhonda and dad Donald Thurlow Rapid City SD; her father, Leslie (Kay) Adair, Reno NV; siblings, Jason (Sarah) Adair, Watertown SD, Devan (Peter) Phipps, Casper WY; nephews, Zachary (Jasmine) Adair, Zebadiah Adair and Joseph Hogue; niece, Cadence Thurlow-Herb; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

As per Crystal's wishes there will be no funeral service however a celebration of life with family and friends will be held at a later date.

She is Gone

You can shed tears that she is gone

Or you can smile because she has lived

You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back

Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left

Your heart can be empty because you can't see her

Or you can be full of the love that you shared

You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday

Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday

You can remember her and only that she is gone

Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on

You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back

Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
