Deanna Jean Parker-Elmquist, 50, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away September 4, 2021, in Hot Springs.

Deanna was born April 2, 1971, in Oroville, CA to Sandy (Lewis) Hoar.

Deanna is survived by her husband, Chris of Hot Springs; her parents, Ivan and Sandy Hoar of Hot Springs; her sons, Deven Sotelo of LeMesa, CA; Brandon "Anthony" Sotelo of Crescent City, CA; her daughter, Victoria (William) Buchanan-Pratt of Newcaney, TX; brothers, Steven Parker of Hot Springs; Donald Parker of Hot Springs; grandson, Nathan and granddaughter, Carson.  She also leaves behind a host of friends and her Iron Horse Clan.

Deanna was a beloved daughter, wife, mother of three and grandmother of two.  She will be deeply missed.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.

Committal services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
