Obituary
Dennis Layne Pueppke, age 78, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010, at the State Veterans Home in Hot Springs.
Dennis was born December 11, 1931, in Osmond, NE, to Alva and Adaline (Kumm) Pueppke. He served in the United States Air Force from 1949 until his honorable discharge in 1953.
Survivors include his brothers, Don Pueppke of Alexandria, SD; Curtis Pueppke of Canova, SD; sisters, Shirley Schuldt of Alexandria; Lyla VanBressen of Mitchell, SD; Judy Pueppke of CO; and Jane Leeling of Washington DC.
Interment will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 22, 2010, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD, with Pastor Aaron Pingel officiating.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
