Donald Gordon Nelson, 80, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away at the VA Medical Center in Hot Springs.
Donald was born September 19, 1932, in Redwood Falls, MN, to Anton and Emma (Olson) Nelson. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1953 until his honorable discharge in 1955.
Donald is survived by his special friend, Verta Krcil of Hot Springs, and sister, Lila Johnson of Benson, MN.
