Donald E. Parker, 74, of Hot Springs, SD passed away on December 12, 2020, at the Monument Health Rapid City Hospital in Rapid City, SD.

Donald was born in Fort Morgan, CO on July 30, 1946, to Carroll and Joann (Hosier) Parker. He served in the United States Army from 1964, until his honorable discharge in 1967. Donald worked in the construction field, as a mason.

Donald is survived by his wife, Sharon Parker of Hot Springs; daughter, Marnie of Gilbert, AZ; granddaughter, Rilley Sue.

Services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
