Dorothy Eunice Elsasser, age 93, of Hot Springs, SD passed away on March 26, 2019, at Seven Sisters Living Center in Hot Springs.

Dorothy was born on July 14, 1925, in Mellette County, SD to Charles and Maple (Rhoades) Hughes.  She was married to Robert Russell Elsasser for 73 years.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 73 years, Robert R. Elsasser of Hot Springs; son, Robert Elsasser of Hot Springs; and sister, Pat Childress of Kansas.

She is preceded in death by Deborah Stockard of Colo Springs, CO.

Internment will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs, SD.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
