Obituary
Doug Wayne Strackbein, 70, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away April 23, 2022, at his residence in Hot Springs.
Doug was born July 5, 1951, to Lyle and Elma (McClure) Strackbein. After graduating from Hot Springs High School he attended Southern State College in Springfield, SD, not only learning but mastering the mechanics trade. He worked for several years at the Game Fish and Parks Department building fire trucks.
Doug is survived by his brother, Ralph Strackbein of Hot Springs, SD.
Per Doug's wishes, private services will be held.
