Obituary
Eleanor B. Burnison Highley, age 94, of Edgemont, SD, passed away on February 2, 2016, at the Rapid City Hospice House in Rapid City.
Eleanor was born in Miner County, SD, on March 13, 1921, to Arthur and Florence (Morrison) Scott.
Eleanor is survived by her daughters, Earleene (Jerry) Kellogg of Edgemont, SD; Bev (Tom) Schoenstedt of Rapid City, SD; "adopted son", Fred Alleman of Boise, ID; sisters, Nadine Buttemeier of Howard, SD; Lavina Nadeau of Portland, OR; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Burnison and Lloyd Highley; parents, Arthur and Florence Scott; brothers, Morris Scott and Audrey Scott.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Bethel Assembly of God Edgemont Campus with Pastor Ed Cutler officiating.
