Ella Grace VanOosting, 85, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away June 23, 2020, at Fall River Hospital in Hot Springs, SD.


Ella was born August 26, 1934, in Newcastle, CA, to Ernest and Mary (Miller) Cooney.


Ella is survived by her son, William (Elizabeth) VanOosting of Taylor, AZ; daughters, Catherine (Jerry) Stanley of Hot Springs; Barbara Rincon of Chula Vista, CA; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.


Per Ella's wishes, no services will be held.
