Enid E. Theisen, 94, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away March 31, 2021, at Seven Sisters Living Center in Hot Springs, SD.

Enid was born October 17, 1926, to John and Bertha (Rush) Thompson in Jackson County, SD.

Enid is survived by her sister-in-law, Catherine Thompson of Hot Springs; her brother-in-law, Lyle Tennyson of Hot Springs; step-son, Chris Bern; nephews, Jerry; Russell; Alan Thompson and niece, Vivian Bertelson.

Enid worked at the Veterans hospital in the cafeteria for 40 years and loved serving the veterans, visiting and baking cookies for them for years after she retired. She had an amazing sense of humor and loved "getting one over" on those she cared about.  She will be missed.

Private family services will be held in the future.
