Esther K. Hamann, age 100, of Custer, SD, passed away on September 6, 2015, at the Custer Regional Senior Care Center.
Esther was born in St. Paul, MN, on March 19, 2015, to John and Thelka (Fettinger) Schwarting.
She is survived by her daughter Lola Jansen of Custer; 2 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chris; four brothers and one sister.
A private family committal service will be held.
