Faralynn Marie Phelps, age 6, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away August 24, 2009, in Hot Springs. Adrian Harlan Phelps, age 6, of Hot Springs passed away August 26, 2009, at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.

Faralynn was born August 26, 2002, and Adrian was born August 7, 2003, at Fort Hood, TX, to Clinton Harlan and Edith Graciela (Salazar) Phelps.

Survivors include their father, Clinton Phelps, of Hot Springs; mother, Edith Phelps, of Fairfield, CA; grandparents, Debbie & Harlan Phelps, of Tea, SD; "grandma & grandpa", Louis and Laura Cerna, of Suisun City, CA; great grandparents, Joan and Clint Burt of Slayter, MN; Jeanette and Willis Brennner of Sioux Falls, SD; great grandparents, Margarita Luna of Fairfield, CA; Antonio Cerna of Mexico; numerous aunts; uncles, cousins; great aunts and great uncles.

They were preceded in death by their grandparents, Graciela Cerna "Grandma Chela'" and Edwardo Salazar.

A wake will be held 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2009, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Hot Springs.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2009, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Tom Tierney and Father Peter Kovarik officiating.

A memorial has been established in Faralynn's and Adrian's name.
