Frances Ada W. Gross, age 89, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away peacefully at her home on December 27, 2018.

Frances was born on April 4, 1929, in Des Moines, IA, to Jack and Josephine (Schotka) Wilson. She married Fredrick W. Gross in Des Moines then they moved to colorful Colorado. In 2002, after Frances retired, she moved to Hot Springs, a town she was so proud to call "Home." Frances was active in her prayer groups, as well as the senior citizens center events. She was very proud of being able to take care of herself and live in her own home.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Wayne) Creek of Buladean, NC; Steve (Michelle) Gross of Hot Springs; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one very special little buddy, Skipper.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother and a granddaughter-in-law.

At her request no services will be held.

Arrangement have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
