In loving memory of Irene Jerke Anderson, 95. Born December 23, 1928, in Menno South Dakota, went home to our Lord November 7th 2024.

Irene joins her husband Albert and is survived by her beloved daughter Connie, grandchildren Elizabeth and Alex, brother Clarence, and 8 nieces and nephews.

A proud South Dakotan, Irene loved to learn about South Dakota history. Irene was an accomplished seamstress, hobby gardener and baker.

Her funeral service will be 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 18, 2024, at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Hot Springs, South Dakota and she will be interred at Black Hills National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.

Donations in her honor may be made to a local veterans organization if desired.
