Jacquelyn Danielle "Jacqui" Graf, 22, died Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the
Rapid City Regional Hospice House after a 6 month battle with cancer.

Jacqui was born September 14, 1989 in Bremerton, Washington. Jacqui attended School in Hill City SD. It was there that she met Paul Graf and they married on June 2, 2009.

Jacqui had three children, Madison 4, Ryan 2, and Haylee 6 months, Haylee was born prematurely due to the cancer, she was Jacqui's miracle baby.

Jacqui loved the outdoors, hiking, camping & fishing. She enjoyed family and cherished all of her friends including the new friends that supported her on Face Book.

Jacqui is survived by her husband, Paul, children, Madison Poulain, Hill City, SD, Ryan Paul and Haylee Renee of Hot Springs, SD; father & mother in-law, Jim & Vickie Nekuda of Hot Springs; her parents, Greg & Cindy Poulain, Belle Fourche; brothers, Aric Millar, San Diego, CA; Kyle Poulain, Florida and sister, Corie Browing, Rapid City and very special friends, Chris & Renee Dyer, that were like parents to Jacqui through her sickness.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2012, at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs with Pastor Chuck Landon officiating.

Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs.

A memorial has been established in Jacqui's name to benefit her three children, contributions may be made to Paul Graf, PO Box 459, Hot Springs, SD 57747.
