Obituary
James Edward Larson, age 82, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away, April 25, 2011, at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
James served in the United States Army from January, 1951 until his honorable discharge in December, 1952. He was a volunteer at the Pioneer Museum in Hot Springs, and a member of SOS (Save Our Sandstone).
James is survived by his wife, Mary of Hot Springs; daughter, Linda Larson of Hot Springs; sister, Mary Kathryn Hill of Wayzata, MN; one grandchild and one great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Hot Springs with Fr. Peter Kovarik officiating.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
