Jeffery James Pond, age 23, of Custer, SD, passed away August 3, 2009.
Jeffery is survived by his parents, Thurston and Cheryl Pond of Custer; brother, Derek (Casey) Pond of Spearfish, SD; sisters, Wendy Pond and Alyson Pond both of Custer; grandparents, Pat and Jim Hattervig of Custer; two nephews and numerous aunts; uncles; cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Harland and Ella Pond; two uncles, Brent and Jimmy and one aunt, Virginia.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Custer Lutheran Fellowship Church in Custer with Pastor Tom Opoien officiating.
A memorial has been established in Jeffery's name.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Custer. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
