Jeff Harper, 52, of Chadron, NE, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Chadron hospital. Jeff was born June 20, 1974, to Walt and Charlene (Boxford) Harper in Loveland, CO. He joined a brother Michael. His family moved to Hot Springs shortly after this. Jeff married Jeanie Hussey August 28, 1992, and to this union 3 children were born, Rhett in 1992; Riggin in 1993 and Montana in 1998.

Jeff is survived by his mother Charlene; Jeanie; his children. Rhett; Riggin (Roni); Montana; two grandchildren, Lathan and Tinzlea Sage; his mother in law, Sid; several aunts, an uncle and cousins.

Jeff was predeceased by his dad Walt; brother Mike; uncles, Gary Harper, Kenny, Gary, Gene and Bob Boxford, Step father, Ernie Lively, Father in law Ed and both sets of grandparents.
