Jennifer Fuller, 73, of Custer, SD, passed away September 23, 2024.  She was born on February 12, 1951, to parents George and Betty (Wallinger) Tibbs from Waco, TX.  Jennifer graduated from Waco High School in 1969 and Crown College in 2000.

Preceding Jennifer in death were her parents, George and Betty (Wallinger) Tibbs and sister, Betty (Nichols) Tibbs.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Bill; her brother, Michael, her daughters, Jacquelyn McCarty; Priscilla Thibeault; stepdaughter, Nancy Nache and many other family members.

Jennifer loved volunteering at the wild horse sanctuary near Hot Springs and our local museum.  We spent two years on the road in our motorhome workamping in Texas, Montana, Arizona and Minnesota.
