Josephine Ruth Fox, 94, of Hill City, SD, formally of Chadron, NE, passed away February 3, 2024, at home in Hill City.

Josephine was born June 29, 1929, in Anselmo, NE to Joe and Ruth (Roberts) Knoell.

Josephine is survived by her children, Nancy (Steve) Macleay; Peggy (Randy) Sogge; Jim Fox; Pam (Juan) Rivera; Jeff (Sabrina) Fox; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Claris "Clancy" Fox and her son, Bill Fox.

Committal services will be held 2:00 P.M. Central Time, Friday, February 9, 2024 at Broken Bow Township Cemetery in Broken Bow, NE with Father Jim Hunt officiating.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Community Lutheran Church in Hill City, SD with Pastor Jeremy Duprey officiating.
