Kay was born September 12, 1948, in Flint, MI, to Keith and ?? Blaine.
Kay is survived by her two children, Jerome Bissonnette of Hot Springs; Amy (Andy) Catrell of Flint, MI; brother, Kent (Pam) Blaine of Flint, MI; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
