Obituary
Kenneth Edward Chase, age 62, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away April 19, 2010, at the VA Medical Center in Hot Springs.
Kenneth was born September 16, 1947, in Omaha, NE, to Jack Dale and Ramona Helen (Hartford) Chase. After graduating high school, he entered the US Army in September 1966 and served until his honorable discharge on September 18, 1969. Kenneth reentered the Army in July 1977 and again received an honorable discharge in September 1978.
Kenneth was a history buff, he loved nature and wildlife, cruising the country roads, antique cars, and fishing with his step-grandson.
Survivors include his brother, Nathan Chase of Omaha, NE; nephews, Jack and Ray Chase ; aunt, Carmen Mauk; uncle, Dick Chase; several cousins all of NE; and ex-wife, Sue Brenna of Hot Springs.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 4, 2010 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
