Lauren F. (Fries) Anderson, age 33, of Rapid City, SD, died on July 13, 2017, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Lauren was born in Harvey, IL, to Daniel Fries and Janet Morrison on January 4, 1984. She worked as a highway construction flagger. Lauren married Terry Anderson on May 6, 2017.
Lauren is survived by her husband, Terry Anderson of Rapid City, SD; children, Daniel Fries, Colton "L.J." Coppola, Abigayle Pounds and Madison Pounds all of Custer, SD; mother, Jan Morrison Hein of Custer; father, Dan Fries of Gillette, WY; siblings, Jarrod Fitzpatrick of New Lennox, IL; Mitchell Wood of OH, Wendy Dunham of DeMotte, ID; Kelly Cook of OH; and grandmother, Mary Ruth Fries of Glennwood, IL.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, McKenzie Pounds.
A memorial will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the Freedom Motorcycle Church, 4813 S. Canyon Road, in Rapid City with Pastor Brett Hilgemann officiating
