LaVerne E. Harrington, age 75, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at his home in Buffalo Gap, SD.

Survivors include sons, Steve (Judy) Harrington of Newcastle, WY; Shawn (Heidi) Harrington of Verndale, MN; step-son, David Harrington of Butte, MT; step-daughters, Jeanette (Sergio) Orozco of Rapid City, SD; Missy (Bob) Dickenson of Salisbury, MD; brothers, Marv Harrington of Ronan, MT; Donald Harrington of Hill City, SD; sister, Delores (Gill) Deines of Buffalo Gap; fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Rhonda Christiansen and brother, Clyde.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Buffalo Gap Community Center.
