Leilani Rae Homelvig, 60, died July 11, 2018, at her home in Hot Springs, SD.

Leilani was born May 28, 1958, in Tucson, AZ, to William and Gloria (Crowther) Bernard.   Leilani proudly served in the U. S. Navy from 1982 until her honorable discharge in 1987.

Leilani is survived by her husband, Mike Homelvig of Hot Springs; son, Austin Bernard of Hot Springs; step-sons, Raymond (Mariah) Homelvig of Saratago, Wyoming; Matthew (Beth) Homelvig of Jewel, KS; step-daughters Carrie (Wade) Prokop of Piedmont, SD; Amanda (Alan) Davis of Mankato, KS; sisters, Kim (Duane) Nelson of Dixon, NE; Connie Bernard of Kaneohe, HI; Bonnie Bernard of Canton, MA; Dani (Todd) Ennenga of Edmonton, OK; along with numerous grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.
