Obituary

Lewis (Louie) E. Marden III, passed into God's care on March 21, 2008 at his residence in Hot Springs, SD.

Louie was born in Oshkosh, WI where he completed High School. He served his country as a naval crewman aboard an aircraft carrier. Louie moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in 1985, embracing the "mountain man" lifestyle every moment that he was not working the concrete trade. He became a resident of South Dakota in 2001 near the Black Hills where he continued his love of the outdoors until the present.

Lives touched by this man benefited from his good humor and endless kind heart; he will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his sister, Lennis (Belle) Otto of Ashippun, WI; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Ambers; Ambyr Lemke and Ayron Otto as well as great nephews and a niece.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs, SD. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
