It is with great sadness that we, the family of Lisa Ann Raby (Stalcup), 58, of Edgemont, South Dakota, announce her passing. Lisa passed away on May 10, 2023,  peacefully in her home in Edgemont. She is survived by her three daughters, Miranda Nordman, Amanda Nordman, and Samantha Nordman as well as her father Russell Raby, and brother Tom Raby.

Lisa Ann Raby was born on October 2, 1964, to Russell and Patricia (Holbrook) Raby. In her youth, Lisa displayed a great passion for music which could be heard in her lovely singing voice and talent for playing multiple musical instruments. She held many odd jobs throughout her life, becoming skilled in many different areas. She was passionate about creative writing, excellent at crochet, and had a great sense of humor. Lisa was a phenomenal cook and enjoyed going camping and fishing with friends and family. Those who knew her knew she had a great love for butterflies. May she be surrounded by the spirit of peace and grace that butterflies bring.

In lieu of a memorial service, it is asked that those who knew, loved, and cared for Lisa honor her in their own special and meaningful ways by sharing the moments of light she brought into their lives.
