Lucille Christine Mower, 95 of Hot Springs, SD, passed away October 10, 2019, in Hot Springs.

Lucille was born June 22, 1924, in Rapid City, SD, to Theodore and Christine Norman.  She grew up on the family farm on Old Folsum Road.

Lucille married Jiggs Mower on December 4, 1946.  They lived in Cottonwood, Oral and Hot Springs.  She was a loan officer at the National Bank of S.D.  Lucille's passion was serving the Lord at United Churches.  She was an artist and opened "Country Ceramics" in her home.

She is survived by her children, Duke (Sherry) Mower; Charlie (Brenda) Mower; Peg (Bill) Waugh; grandchildren, Holly; Angie; Eric; Andy; Justin; Spencer; Stephanie; Andrew; great grandchildren; Gracie; Ben; Cadyn; Ella; Ty; Cash Jiggs; Colton; Josh; Brianna; Dayna; Connor; Landon; Maisie; Lilly; Memphis; Tanner; Julia; Terrin; Anja; Sophie; Tayton; Ellie Grace; Ashton; great great grandchild; Lane Arthur; along with numerous friends.

Lucille was preceeded in death by her husband, Jiggs; parents and all of her siblings; Ethel; Harold; Albert; Ernie; Walter; and Eleanor.

Memorial services will be held at a later date at the United Churches in Hot Springs, SD.    Committal services  for both Jiggs and Lucille will follow at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
