Obituary
Madge Barbara Lane, 88, of Hot Springs, SD died December 27, 2006 at the Michael J. Fitzmaurcie State Veterans Home in Hot Springs, SD.
Marge proudly served in the United States Navy from June 1944 to January 1946.
Madge is survived by her three sons, Leonard Lane of Midlothiam, V.A.; Lawrence Lane of Reddick, I.L.; Steven Lane of Owasso, O.K.; two sisters, Virginia Froebel of Bartelsville, O.K.; Ramie Ingram of Arden, N.C. and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, January 4, 2007 at the Michael J. Fitzmaurcie State Veterans Home in Hot Springs, SD with Chaplain Lloyd Neilson officiating.
Committal services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 4, 2007 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD with Chaplain Paul Lupkes officiating. Military Honors provided by the Belle Fourche Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Alzheimer's research.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs, SD. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
