Margaret Nygaard, 64, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away January 30, 2009 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.


Margaret is survived by her husband, Melvin, of Hot Springs; two daughters, Patricia (Darby) DeHaai of Bellevue, NE; Nyna Nygaard (Candace Garrett) of Sioux Falls, SD; step-mother, Marge Schaffer of Hot Springs; three brothers, Robert (Cindy) Lee of Glendale, AZ; Richard (Mary Kay) Lee of Casper, WY; Charles Huddleston of Hot Springs; five sisters, Marsha (Doyle) Steggs of Alliance, NE; Jean (David) Shupe of Rapid City, SD; Dianne (Dave) Crinklaw of New Castle, WY; Odette (Mike) Coduto of Orange Park, FL, and Pat (Tim) Harris of Hot Springs and one grandson.


Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 2, 2009 at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs.


Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at McColley's Chapel of the Hills. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs.
