MariLu Kirk, age 69, of Custer, SD, passed away on March 23, 2017, at Custer Regional Senior Care Center.
MariLu was born June 8, 1947, in Alliance, NE, to Paul and Burdean (Bowen) Vandel. MariLu was involved in Pringle community events whenever she was able.
MariLu is survived by step-sons, Art (Amy) Kirk of Pringle, SD; Dan (Linda) Kirk of California; step-daughters, Sheryl (Jody) Applegarth of Chadron, NE; Susie Cooper of Texas; brothers, Bill Vandel of Custer; Ed Vandel of Custer; Jim (Linda) Vandel of Sioux Falls, SD; Rick (Sara) Vandel of Texas; and sister, Sue Zeimet of Pringle, SD.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the Pringle United Methodist Church, Pringle, SD, with Pastor Kori Lehrkamp officiating.
