Martha I. Van Antwerp, age 74, of Belle Fourche, SD, and formally of Hot Springs, SD, passed away March 11, 2011, at the Morningside Care Center in Alcester, SD.

Martha was born on February 23, 1937, in Custer, SD to Wert and Leona (Rassmussen) Asche.

She is survived by one son, Mark (Ginny) Van Antwerp of Santa Rosa, CA; daughter, Norma (Jim Teague) Daniels of Hot Springs, SD; brothers, John (Josie) Asche of Borrego, CA; Joe (Carol) Sheets of Stuart, OK; Earl Sheets of Hot Springs; Glenn 'Tuffy' (Pat) Sheets of Kent, WA; sisters, Norma Craft of Sioux City, IA; Lola Smith Hot Springs; Lucille (Dean) Sturdivant of Orrin Jct., WY; five grandchildren, Bobbi Van Antwerp of Belle Fourche; Martin Van Antwerp of Springfield, SD; David Teague of Hot Springs; Kayla McCall of Santa Rosa, CA; Kelly Van Antwerp of Denton, TX; and three great grandchildren, Michael; Krystal and Mathew.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011, at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs.

A memorial has been established in Martha's name. Contributions can be made to Wells Fargo Bank in Belle Fourche, or the Black Hills Federal Credit Union in Hot Springs.
