Obituary
Mary Louise Doughty, age 84, of Rapid City, SD, passed away on June 30, 2017, at the Custer Regional Senior Care Center in Custer, SD.
Mary was born on April 12, 1933, in Long Beach, CA, to Raymond and Doris (Whistler) Entwistle. She had a career as Hairstylist. Mary married Dale Franklin Doughty on January 16, 1953. They lived most of her life in Southern California where she enjoyed water skiing and sailing with her husband. Mary loved the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. They were married till his passing on November 15, 2005.
She was an insightful, patient, sweet, and loving person. We will never stop feeling her love.
Mary is survived by her son, Bruce Doughty of Custer, SD; daughters, Jeri (Jim) Kalvin of Rapid City, SD; Susan (Bruce) Ewing of Rapid City, SD; nine grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 9:00 a.m., Friday, July 14, 2017, at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
