Michael John Zeimet, 67, of Newcastle, WY, passed away September 29, 2022, at Mayo in Rochester, MN.

Mike was born August 30, 1955, in Hot Springs, SD, to Michael David and Sylvia Marie (Owens) Zeimet.  Mike attended grade school in Pringle, SD; graduated from Custer High School and attended Black Hills State College.   Mike's careers included, but certainly were not limited to, rancher, truck driver, construction worker, carpenter and heavy equipment operator.

Mike is survived by his wife, Linda L. Zeimet; son, Matthew (Michelle) Hubbard; daughter, Kristi (Scott) Krogman; daughter, Lori Kolczak; sisters, Lesley (Ralph) Seney; Eileen (Randy) Calhoon; Catherine (Osman) Alawiye; brother, Patrick (Linda J.) Zeimet; grandchildren, Abigail; Alexis; Jacob; Bella; Alexander; Nicholas; Shaun; Brandon; great grandchildren, Sophia; Gabriel and a large loving family.

Committal services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 7, 2022, at Pringle Cemetery in Pringle, SD.  Please bring your own lawn chair.

Memorials may be sent to the Pringle Volunteer Fire Department in Pringle, SD.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Custer, SD.
