On Saturday, January 30, 2021, Nicole Rosa Renee Elley, loving wife of George Elley, sister-in-law to Ben

Elley, mother to Philippe and Steven and grandmother to Claire Marie Elley, passed away at the age of 81 in

Chandler, Arizona of complications due to Covid. She will be put to rest alongside her beloved husband

in Hot Springs, South Dakota.

Nicole was born on April 6, 1939 in Tours, France. During her early years she worked in nursing and in

various capacities with children throughout most of her life. On April 28, 1962 she married George Dale

Elley (US Army Lieutenant Colonel, retired) of Hot Springs, South Dakota. They met in Saumur France

while George was in the US Army.

Nicole was an avid collector of French antiques. She had a warm heart and loved her family. She was

preceded in death by her husband George (DOB Dec 10, 1942) who passed on November 13, 2013.
