Norma Lucia Halbert, 64, of Custer, SD, passed away December 2, 2020, at Monument Health Custer Hospital in Custer, SD.

Norma, known as Lucy to many, was born September 11, 1956, in Ft Riley Kansas to Gene and Doris (Klein) Landphere.

Norma is survived by her husband, Larry of Custer; sons, Darren J. (Mireille) Halbert of Custer; Shannon J. (Deserae) Halbert of Box Elder, SD; brothers, Robert (Glenda Landphere) of Bison, SD; Norman (Gloria) Landphere of Belle Fourche, SD; sisters, Susan (Dennis) Hulm of Meadow, SD; Tina (David) Skjoldal of Elgin, ND; Christy Larson of Hill City, SD; and grandchildren, Dalton and Kirsten Halbert; Shawn, Kaleah, and Kiera Pierce.

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2020, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Custer, SD.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at The Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Hill City, SD.   Committal services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 8, 2020,  at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Spearfish, SD.
