Pamela "Pam" Sue Mattson, age 57, of Custer, SD passed away April 22, 2013 at her home in Custer, SD.

Pam was born November 25, 1955 in Rapid City, SD to Verlin and Wilma (Pippertt) Lynch. She graduated from high school in Wall, SD, then continued her education in nursing. Pam was a nurse for 16 years in Custer and surrounding areas. After retiring she spent her summers at the Bavarian Inn in Custer, SD.

Pam was a fun, loving and caring person. She was not afraid to take anyone in as her own family and was the best mother anyone could ask for.

Survivors include three sons, Shaun Mattson of Custer, SD; Cole (Alexis) Mattson of Custer, SD; Daniel (Nancy) Mattson of Rozet, WY; three granddaughters, Brooklyn Heirmeier of Custer, SD; Marisol and Melanie Martinez of Rozet, WY; three grandsons, Daniel, David and Marcus Martinez of Rozet, WY; two brothers, Randy (Carol) Lynch of Wall, SD; Terry Lynch of Wall, SD and numerous family and friends.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 am, Friday, May 3, 2013 at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Custer, SD with Pastor Joel Zilkowski officiating.
