Perry Michael Ohlsen, 74, of Hot Springs, SD, died June 17, 2018, in Hot Springs.

Perry was born November 10, 1943, to Harold and Gladys (Erie) Ohlsen, in Baltimore, MD.

Perry is survived by his sisters, Barbara (Lynn) Braddy of Rapid City, SD; Teresa (Tom) Johnston of Denver, CO; twin sister, Patricia (Buddy)  Cook of  Greensboro, GA; along with 3 nieces, 5 nephews, and 22 great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m., June 29, 2018, at Rimrock Exchange, 514 St. Joseph St., Rapid City, SD, located around the corner from Tally's.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home, Hot Springs, SD.
